After about 20 years in the resturant industry and graduating from culinary school thru Augustine Escoffier. I decided to start Hungar Gamez BBQ  food trailer in 2023. I have always had a passion for cooking. For me it was the reaction I would get when someone tasted what I had put my heart and soul in to create. I love taking food that you normal would not pair together and making the impossible possible. I want to share my passion with the world.
